The part of your event nobody forgets

Sales kickoffs, President’s Club, all-hands, leadership offsites, wellness days. Chilled, living coconuts cracked open in front of your team, with your mark in the husk if you want the photo to carry your logo. Kansas City is home. For a destination event, we travel.

Staff handing branded coconuts to guests at an event

A cracking station stops a room

An internal event has one job: make the people in the room glad they came. A coconut station does that in the first ten minutes. It is loud, unusual and slow to open, so people gather, stay, and talk to each other, which is the thing you flew them in for.

We bring the coconuts chilled, the openers, the straws, and a team to run the station for the length of your event. Where we do not have a team on the ground, we travel.

What you can book

Three levels, each one built on the last. The difference is how much of the floor work is ours.

The station

A branded coconut bar on your floor space, run by our servers. Fresh coconuts opened to order, your logo on the husk, all equipment, ice, and cleanup handled. You get the traffic. Your team works it.

Station and floor

Everything above, plus trained brand ambassadors working the aisle. We pull people in, break the ice, and hand warm conversations to your team rather than leaving you to catch them.

Full opportunity capture

Everything above, plus we learn your product before the show, qualify prospects ourselves, book meetings directly into your team’s calendars, and run a training session so your people can do this without us next time. This is what we did for Kroo.

How an event works with us

  1. 1

    Before the show

We learn your product, your ICP, and your qualifying questions. We coordinate with your venue on load-in, power, water, and waste. We agree on what a booked meeting means so nobody argues about it later.

  2. 2

    On the floor

The station runs continuously. Our team works the aisle and the queue. Meetings go straight into your team’s calendar, and we keep a running count you can see at any point in the day.

  3. 3

    After the last day

You get a clean handoff: every conversation, every booking, every lead with context attached. If you took the training option, your team leaves knowing how to run it themselves.

What event planners ask

Straight answers, no sales deck. Anything not covered here goes in the form below, and a founder will answer it directly.

What happens if the venue will not let an outside vendor serve food?
We ask that question before you sign with us, not after. Most large convention centers have an exclusive or preferred food and beverage contract, and the answer is usually one of three: we work through the house caterer, we serve under their permit with our own staff, or the venue treats a sealed young coconut as a giveaway rather than food service. Which one applies depends on the building, so tell us the show and we will tell you what we have found there. If a venue says no outright, you will know before any money changes hands.
What size booth does the station need?
A standard inline booth is enough for the station itself. Send us your footprint and the floor plan and we will fit the station to it and tell you where the queue will form, which matters more than the square footage.
What do you need from us for power, water, and waste?
A power drop at the booth to keep the coconuts chilled. We bring our own water and take our own waste, including the husks, unless the venue requires otherwise. We coordinate load-in, drayage and the exhibitor services order with your booth lead so nothing is missed on the form.
How far in advance do you need to be booked?
As early as you can. The venue’s food and beverage deadlines decide it more than our calendar does, and those usually close weeks before the show. Tell us the show and the dates and we will say straight away whether it is workable.
We just want coconuts, no floor team. Can we do that?
Yes. That is the station tier: a branded coconut bar on your floor space, run by our servers, with your team working the traffic. It is the right choice when you already have the people and you want the line.
How is pricing structured?
By quote, written by a person against your show, your headcount, the tier and the branding. We do not publish a starting-at number, because it is never the number your show actually costs. You will have the written quote within one business day.
Can we brand the coconut?
Yes. Today that means a brass brand head pressed into the husk and a note card in real handwriting. If you have something beyond that in mind, ask, and we will tell you plainly what we can do.
How fresh are they, really?
Harvested young in the Mae Klong canal country, held at near-freeze for the 30 to 45 day crossing, and cold-chained the whole way to your event. Refrigerated, they keep for weeks, so a show three states away is a cooler and a schedule, not a gamble.
We just want coconuts in our office.
That is The Honest Coconut's Office Coconut Program, priced for the Kansas City metro and sold over there: thehonestcoconut.com/office.
Do you do weddings?
Private events are getting their own door, The Custom Coconut, which is on its way. Until it opens, say what you have in mind in the form and we will point you the right way.
How do billing and paperwork work?
Events are quoted, then invoiced. Gifting budgets are prepaid and spent down against your list. If your procurement team needs particular paperwork, say so when you request the quote and we will tell you what we can provide.
