How a program runs

You send us a CSV of target accounts and contacts. You put a budget on account. Each time you want a batch out, you say go, and we spend the budget down against your list, one coconut, pack or courier drop at a time, with the note written by hand.

What is real today is a brass brand head pressed into the husk and a hand-written note card. If you want something beyond that, ask, and we will tell you plainly what we can do. The program is priced by quote against the size of your list and the markets it is in.

How far in advance do you need to be booked?
As early as you can. The venue’s food and beverage deadlines decide it more than our calendar does, and those usually close weeks before the show. Tell us the show and the dates and we will say straight away whether it is workable.
How is pricing structured?
By quote, written by a person against your show, your headcount, the tier and the branding. We do not publish a starting-at number, because it is never the number your show actually costs. You will have the written quote within one business day.
What is Send a Coconut?
A gifting program for sales and marketing teams. A single coconut, a pack, or a courier drop to a prospect’s office, brass-branded with your mark and carrying a hand-written note. Can we brand the coconut?
Yes. Today that means a brass brand head pressed into the husk and a note card in real handwriting. If you have something beyond that in mind, ask, and we will tell you plainly what we can do.
How fresh are they, really?
Harvested young in the Mae Klong canal country, held at near-freeze for the 30 to 45 day crossing, and cold-chained the whole way to your event. Refrigerated, they keep for weeks, so a show three states away is a cooler and a schedule, not a gamble.
How do billing and paperwork work?
Events are quoted, then invoiced. Gifting budgets are prepaid and spent down against your list. If your procurement team needs particular paperwork, say so when you request the quote and we will tell you what we can provide.
Does Send a Coconut ship outside Kansas City?
It is available in select markets, because a coconut on a courier is still a cold-chain problem. Tell us where your list is and we will say whether we can reach it.
Who usually buys Send a Coconut?
Sales leaders with a target account list and a budget for getting into it: a CRO, a VP of Sales, a director or a manager running outbound. The typical order is a list, a budget on account, and a go from you each time you want a batch out.
